What happens during the Sleep Fit Call?

During the initial free 15-minute Sleep Fit Call, we'll discuss your child's sleep patterns, challenges, and your sleep goals. This is a judgment-free, no-commitment call to see if we're a good fit to work together. We'll then create a customized sleep plan tailored to your family's needs. This is a collaborative process, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

What happens after the first free 15 minute call?

Accepted Answer

After the call if we are a good fit, we send over an email outlining the program we think is the best for your family. Next you choose if you'd like to return the detailed intake, sign the coaching contract, and pay for the service. Anytime 48 hours after you submit the three items listed above will meet for an hour on Zoom to review the sleep plan as we kick off your two week "Total Sleep Overhaul" bootcamp! :) From there you receive text, email, or in-home support based on the package you chose to ensure your success. Sleep log audits, two additional 15 minute calls to ask questions, adapt your plan, and enable a great night sleep for everyone!
